Why no made-up percentages
ASWB has not published the content area weighting for the 2026 Masters exam. Every study plan you can buy that gives you percentages made them up.
That is a strong claim, so check it. Open the 2026 blueprints page on aswb.org. You will find the structure: three content areas instead of four, and values and ethics carrying the highest percentage. You will not find the percentage each area carries on the Masters form, because ASWB has not released it.
This plan does not print numbers it cannot stand behind. It allocates your fourteen days on the five things ASWB has confirmed, it names all five on page one, and it tells you where to verify each of them.
Four of the fourteen days go to ethics, because ASWB says it now carries the highest percentage and it was one area among four before. No other part of this blueprint moved that far. If you are going to be over prepared somewhere, that is where the published evidence points.
The rest is organized by what social workers actually do rather than by content area names, for the same reason: the official Masters area names could not be verified, so they are not printed here as though they had been.
