ClinicalToolsCo sells digital study materials and practice templates for mental health and behavior analysis professionals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you buy something, our payment and delivery platform collects the name, email address and billing details needed to process the order and send your download. We never see or store your full card number. Card processing is handled by our payment provider under their own terms.

When you join our email list, we collect the email address you give us and the fact that you asked to receive messages.

When you visit the site, our host and our analytics provider, Google Analytics, record standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device or browser type.

We do not ask for and do not want clinical information about you or about anyone you work with. Please do not send client details to us by email or through any form on this site.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought and to give you access to your files. To answer support messages. To send email you asked to receive, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message. To understand which pages and products are useful so we can make better ones. To meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Our storefront and download provider, our email provider, our website host, and our analytics provider, each only to the extent they need it to do that job. Where you buy through a marketplace such as Etsy, that marketplace handles your data under its own privacy policy and we receive only what it passes to us. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising by other companies.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data for the retention period set in our analytics tool.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to nick@clinicaltoolsco.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

This site is intended for professionals and students in professional training. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
