Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a digital download, delivered immediately. Because of that, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind once a file has been downloaded. That is the standard position for instant digital goods and it is the one most marketplaces apply too.

Here is what we do instead, and we would rather you asked than stayed unhappy.

We will always fix a broken file

If a download fails, arrives corrupted, will not open, or is missing pages, write to nick@clinicaltoolsco.com with your order number and we will send you a working copy. If we cannot get you a working file, we will refund you in full.

We will refund a genuine mistake

If you bought the wrong item, or bought the same thing twice, tell us within 30 days and we will sort it out, either by swapping it for the right product or by refunding the duplicate.

If it is not what the listing described

If a product does not match what the listing said it contained, that is on us. Tell us what is missing and we will correct the file or refund you.

Where your statutory rights apply

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you a right to cancel digital purchases, that right applies and this policy does not remove it. In the UK and EU, that right can be waived when you agree to immediate delivery, which is what happens at checkout, but if you believe you are entitled to cancel, write to us and we will look at it properly.

What we cannot refund for

Not passing an exam. We are honest about this in the listings and we will be honest about it here. No study material can guarantee a result, and a result is not a defect.

Bought on Etsy?

Etsy purchases are governed by Etsy's own policies, and refunds for those orders are handled through Etsy. Message us through Etsy and we will help.
