These terms cover your use of clinicaltoolsco.com and anything you buy from it. Buying from us means you accept them.

Who we are. ClinicalToolsCo, contactable at nick@clinicaltoolsco.com.

What you are buying

Digital files. Study guides, practice questions, templates, planners and similar materials, delivered as downloads. Nothing on this site is a physical product and nothing is shipped.

What you may do with it

You get a single user license. You may download the files, keep them, print them for your own use, and use the templates in your own professional practice, including filling them in for your own clients and caseload.

What you may not do

Resell, share, redistribute or republish the files. Upload them to a shared drive, course site or file sharing service where others can obtain them. Use them as the basis of a competing product. Buy one copy for a team or an agency and distribute it internally. If you need multiple users covered, write to us and we will sort out a license that fits.

What these materials are and are not

Study aids and professional templates. They are not legal advice, not clinical advice, and not a substitute for your own professional judgment, your supervisor, your employer's policies, or the rules of your licensing board. You remain responsible for every clinical and documentation decision you make.

We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. No prep material can, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.

Exam content changes. We update our materials when the certifying bodies publish changes, but you should confirm current formats, fees, eligibility and deadlines with the certifying body or your board before relying on anything.

Independence

We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certifying body, licensing board, or testing organization. Names of examinations and credentials appear only to describe what a study aid is for, and remain the trademarks of their respective owners.

Accuracy

We take care to get the facts right and to trace them to the certifying body. If you find an error, tell us at nick@clinicaltoolsco.com and we will correct it and reissue the file.

Refunds

Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If a download fails, contact us and we will get the file to you.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy.
